Protective Glass

Laser safety glass is mostly used during material processing with high-power lasers. The protective glass protects the high-priced laser optics from damage that can occur from material splashes. Regular replacement ensures that the performance of your laser reaches the workpiece and that the optics are protected.

We carry protective glass of the highest quality in sizes: Ø 38mm and 60mm.

Fiberglass Brush

The fiberglass brush is suitable for removing stubborn deposits on smooth and sensitive surfaces. Depending on the pressure, the surface is cleaned of welding smoke or dirt. Our 4mm fiberglass brush is used, for tasks such as; cleaning workpieces, preparing laser welding work, cleaning contact surfaces.

cleaning supplies

Suitable for laser safety glass, glasses and protective glass. The cleaning fluid is specially tailored to the properties of laser protection filters and enables dirty filters to be cleaned carefully and thoroughly, therefore ensuring a long service life for the glasses and eyepieces.

Protective gloves

We provide work gloves in different versions and sizes for the laser industry. These protect your hands from welding fumes.

Air filter for suction

We provide filter cartridges and inserts for all Alpha laser systems with integrated extraction. We also have the right filters in stock for mobile extraction systems LN230 or LN260. Regular changes ensure that the extraction system works efficiently and safely.

Phase Checker

This plug ensures that the user always checks the power supply and wiring in advance for mobile use with the laser device. It acts as a preventative and will help to avoid potential failures. Designed for 400 volt / 16 ampere connections. Indicated by an appropriate Traffic light system which is directly on the plug.

Contains manometer & flowmeter to control the flow rate. A Sintered metal filter in the inlet prevents contamination inside and highly accurate.

Magnetic Clamping Ball

The magnetic clamping ball helps to quickly and easily fix your workpieces to their optimal working position during laser welding. The sliding mechanism between the ball and socket guarantees that the workpiece is held securely in every position. The magnetic clamping ball is ideal for the laser welding of molded inserts at manual workstations or at polishing workstations.

You can choose between a ball diameter of 140 mm or 160 mm for your applications.

Lift table

Our lifting table is mainly used in the following laser systems:

Alpha Laser - AL-Flak, ALM and work tables ALT-Basis C.

The table working height can be adjusted to the laser system and the welder depending on the height of the component.

You can easily bring components up to 150 kg to the optimal working height with an integrated handheld remote control with 2 lifting columns moving in parallel and a safety stop in the event of overload.

The dimensions of the work surface are approx. 850 x 700 cm with a stainless steel surface for protection.

Light bulbs

We carry light bulbs for all ALPHA LASER systems.

Our bulbs are original spare parts from ALPHA LASER. This assists with perfect operation of your laser system. Regular replacement during service ensures that the performance of your laser remains constant and optimal during production.

Observation optics

Leica binocular with eyepieces, for people who wear glasses 2 pieces are available. Optional 16-fold.

(10x magnification eyepiece standard)

Touch control unit for 4-axis control

This is used for setting the speed of the four movement axes (semi-automatic mode) and for triggering laser pulses. Laser pulse and shielding gas are triggered simultaneously. Includes joystick and magnetic holder.

AL JOY joystick, 3 or 4-axis control

Ergo Wedge

Allows the binocular to be tilted by 5-25 degrees for a more ergonomic working position.

Rotary axis module

For welding cylindrical parts, tiltable for horizontal to vertical rotary movement. With chuck Ø 100 or 125 mm and inner diameter 24 mm.

Tilt-swivel lens

Our swivel lens makes working in awkward positions much easier. In the entire 360 ° rotation range of the lens, the beam can be deflected up to 40 ° from the vertical axis. You do not have to move the workpiece as the beam can be easily directed towards hard-to-reach places. This can always be done from an ergonomically sound working position.

Ring cooler

The ring cooler accessory has a low height and cools the welding optics and the resonator flange very efficiently.

The ring cooler can be retrofitted to all Alpha Laser systems.

The ring is easily attached to the deflection flange in front of the optics with a screw. It can be removed at any time without interrupting the welding process.

The advantage of ring cooling is permanent, constant cooling that can be regulated. This means that there is no loss of performance due to overheating and unwanted sand times.

The ring cooler is supplied with all the necessary connections. The assembly of welding optics with LED ring light is possible and is supported by the ring cooler.

Camera system ALFT-HDMI

This system allows you to display the welding process on an external screen. The camera is specially adapted to the ALPHA LASER systems and is mounted under the microscope attachment on the laser.

It includes power supply unit, HDMI cable and laser connection cable.

On request, we can also offer you a complete set including a monitor.

KYENCE

We can connect your laser system to a Kyence camera system.

This enables you to fix an exact control position of the component to be welded in series processes.

It can be used to detect errors or missing components.

Welding only begins if everything is in order according to the preferences.

If a position is incorrect, this is recognized automatically and the position is corrected.

A picture of every weld is recorded. You also have simultaneous quality control to detect errors and you can also make continuous improvements.
