Overview

Plastic laser welding is the best solution when there is a focus on welding and process reliability. No other process is as safe, hygienic and quick; there are completely new possibilities here!

Complex three-dimensional designs are not a problem for laser plastic welding. The jet head itself does not make any contact with the material at any point. Even areas that are difficult to access or have thick layers are securely connected. In addition, new materials are regularly used and a wide range of combinations are possible.

Joining processes of the future

Laser plastic welding is the joining process of the future. The welding process connects two plastic objects reliably and permanently, it is a particle-free and low-impact process. Compared to competing processes such as ultrasonic and vibration welding, mirror and hot gas welding or potting technology and gluing, laser welding has numerous advantages.
