The AC 450 F Flexible Laser Cutting System allows you to cut sheets of material up to 3 mm in thickness quickly and accurately, from basic geometric forms to complex items made of precious metal. This laser cutter is ideal for prototypes and small series, as CAD-generated cutting paths are converted quickly and can be cut directly.

With a small footprint of 1.340 × 1.180 mm, the compact AC 450 F Laser Cutter offers a spacious 500 × 500 mm work area, where plates of arbitrary lengths and widths can be processed. Automatic cutting takes place in a closed, laser-proof working chamber, operated via an intuitive touchscreen and monitored through a large protection window.

The AC 450 F Laser Cutting System has a unique nesting function which is especially well suited to mass production applications to facilitate the collection of precious metal residues to be reused later. This allows the optimized use of materials, preventing unnecessary waste.
