ALS 100

The ALS 100 laser workstation is equally at home with skill-demanding welding tasks as it is with industrial production.

The large, brightly illuminated working chamber is loaded via 2 side doors. The average power of 100 W makes quick pulsing rates possible (up to 25 Hz), so work can be done quickly while maintaining the quality of the welds.  Maintenance is mainly limited to changing of filters and lamps.

The ALS 100 laser workstation is designed for laser welding precision mechanical parts, welding medical or technical components, the manufacture of sensors and electronic parts and in mold building.
