Stationary laser welding
We offer laser welding of your tools and moulds on our stationary laser workstations AL 200 and ALT – quickly and flexibly. Welding of all conventional tool steels and alloys is possible. We also offer to process small batches for you.
With our laser equipment we can carry out modifications and repairing of your moulds, dies, cold punching dies, bending tools, recasting tools, shafts, hot runner nozzles, aluminium moulds, titanium base alloys, Cu-electrodes, nitrited tools and polished or coated surfaces.
If your specific problem is not listed here we would be happy to help you with our expertise to find the right solution. Our two in-house laser workstations allow us to process your parts on the spot!
Mobile laser welding
Our specially designed and equipped service car, the “Lasermobil”, enables us to provide quick and flexible on site laser welding for large-scale moulds as well as for moulds which take a long time for disassembling. Dismantling of the tool and subsequent adjustment of all components is not necessary anymore. We carry out welding also after your closing hours!
To assure safety on site during your operating hours we set up a folding screen which protects the working area. The power source on site (current supply 400V/16A) is provided by the client. Laser welding does not require preheating of the workpiece – this allows repairing of large-scale moulds as well.
